The speed of your progress depends on you, your discipline outside the gym, and your body’s ability to adapt to the stress. This means our personal trainers won’t try to kill you during the first workout, but we may push you really hard after you become accustomed to the intensity and structure of your routines.
- Your routines will typically be designed to last 60 minutes; however, 30, 90, and 120-minute workouts are also a possibility.
- During this time we’ll complete warm-up, workout, cool-down, stretching, corrective exercises, and any necessary discussion related to your goals.
- In your first few workouts, we’ll pay special attention to your strengths, weaknesses, flexibility, posture and balance, as well as your mental and psychological responses.
- Routines will frequently change because we want to ensure your whole body is functioning well, not just your favorite areas. New exercises will be presented as you generate more confidence and ability in your movements.
